following a programme of optimum nutrition, a healthy level of exercise
and learning to relax, we can eliminate other potential obstacles
to optimise our quality of life, increase our longevity and attain
our aspirations.
The
Diagnostic
In the case of the employee choosing to invest in Lifestyle coaching
independently of the business, Nhance are able to offer the Diagnostic
as a stand alone service.
By
means of a comprehensive personalised diagnostic aligned with a
psychometric test, Nhance are able to make an assessment and give
participants a rating in each of the key areas. Meetings take place
face to face and circumstances permitting, at the place of work.
Individuals are personally fed back their results and assessment,
and then may or may not choose to embark upon implementation of
a programme.
Individual
Programme Implementation
Following the diagnostic Nhance present the individual with a number
of recommendations or ‘lifestyle changes’ to address
key issues and set new goals. These may or may not be work related.
On
agreement, our team of professionals ranging from nutritionists
to financial consultants, then personally guide and hand hold employees
through a series of bespoke lifestyle changes to ensure personal
success.
Implementation
follows an 8 week programme throughout which goals are continually
set and monitored. Following this time, individuals may decide to
continue the next stage alone, or with the continued support of
Nhance. Should they decide to continue alone, then Nhance maintain
contact with the individual and ensure they are progressing positively.
Six
months later Nhance revisit the individual to perform a progress
report.
