NHANCE COMPANY LIFESTYLE PROGRAMMES

Lifestyle Coaching is a bespoke opportunity for employees to examine their overall state of wellbeing according to the Nhance Cornerstones to Health.

Stress and Relaxation

By following a programme of optimum nutrition, a healthy level of exercise and learning to relax, we can eliminate other potential obstacles to optimise our quality of life, increase our longevity and attain our aspirations.

Stage 1- The Diagnostic
By means of a comprehensive personalised diagnostic aligned with a psychometric test, Nhance are able to make an assessment and give participants a rating in each of the key areas. The diagnostic is performed online and is of course, highly confidential. This is supported by one to one meetings with an Nhance consultant who verifies the information and is then a position to make recommendations.

Stage 2 Programme Implementation
Following the diagnostic Nhance present participants with a number of recommendations or ‘lifestyle changes’ to address key issues and set new goals. These may or may not be work related but the organization is a significant beneficiary if employees are more relaxed, have greater focus and have a pro-employer demeanour in all that they do whilst at work.

On agreement with both the company and /or the individual as appropriate, our team of professionals ranging from nutritionists to financial consultants, then personally guide and hand hold employees through a series of bespoke lifestyle changes to ensure personal and therefore company success.

Implementation follows an 8 week programme throughout which goals are continually set and monitored. Following this time, individuals may decide to continue the next stage alone, or with the continued support of Nhance.

Six months later Nhance revisit the individual to perform a progress report.

Team programmes
Nhance offers the lifestyle programmes to groups of 5 and upwards to a maximum of 12 at a time, as part of a company initiative. Businesses may decide to reward a team who have gone through a particularly stressful period, ie end of year for a finance group, or may indeed pick out 5 or so individuals from across the organisation who may be in need of some extra support or help in the areas we offer.

We also frequently work with management teams or indeed a Board of Directors who lead busy and stressful lives and need to find a work/life balance and put health back as a priority. Programmes have also been used with group of employees who are being fast tracked for senior management.
